Multiple Currencies

Do some of your customers come from outside of the United Kingdom? if so this news will be good for you.

Kelworth has therefore developed a new module for adding to your core system to enable payments to be made to your company in different currencies.

This module has been developed so that any booking be assigned with a default currency. The payments for the booking can be made in different currencies e.g.the deposit in Sterling and the balance in Euros.

The module for multi currencies works on the basis that you have an exchange rate for each currency fixed through your bank for a certain period i.e. six or twelves months

Multi Language

Using the document or contact management system you can now set up your own document templates thus allowing you much more flexibiity to set up your standard documents in any language your customers prefer to receive their correspondence. The system does not convert the documents into different languages but does allow you to store mulitple copies of each letter template in multiple languages.
