Can Kelworth convert our existing data
A. Yes Kelworth has over the years converted existing data for most of our new clients from their old software solution to the live Kelworth solution. Kelworth have standard routines to convert all the data from the most frequently encountered competitors.

What customer support does Kelworth offer?
A. Kelworth prefers to provide remote installation of our product in order that his can be tested by you prior to our training. This gives you the advantage of asking our trainers more detailed questions about using the system.
Included in the purchase price is telephone and modem support for an agreed period, which can be extended on an annual basis. We strongly advise all customers install PC Anywhere communications so that we can provide optimum support, irrespective of your location.
Our support team is available during normal office hours and we can also offer weekend support to those customers who need this.
How much does the system cost?
A. Accoman for windows is configured to the individual customers requirements. The price is dependent on the number of letting units, number of workstations and the optional modules required, together with whether you require wed intergration or our new smartcard access system.

Will Accoman manage my owner rent ledger?
A. Accoman for Windows can be configured with optional modules for all types of holiday or caravan park management. This would include the recording of charges against static caravan owners and processing of receipts to produce account and statement details.
Information can be transferred from Accoman to your financial accounting system.
Hardware supply?
A. Because of the distance to Kelworth's customers we recommend that you speak to a local hardware dealer with regard to new equipment. In the event of a computer breakdown, that local dealer would be better placed to deal rapidly with your problem. However we do have our own preferred suppliers in relation to hardward for the smart card solutions.
Can I see an operational system?
A. We at Kelworth prefer the personal touch and therefore do not provide demonstration discs. As we offer such a wide variety of options for your solution, this could not be demonstrationed or fully discussed on a demonstration disc. We much prefer to provide a demonstartion of our complete solution to you at your convenience and in your offices.
What size and type of company do you provide systems for?
A. We can supply a system to a company which is scalable to the size of system you require one unit to a company with thousands of units. The system can be for one user or networked for multi users in line with your specific requirements.
What Type of system can you provide?
A. Kelworth supplies the a windows based core systemwhich is taylor for each individual customer to ensure that they have the right system for them we can then add customised reports to ensure the system gives your all the answers and reports you require.
Is Accoman a full financial accounting system?
A. Accoman provides a complete integrated management system for letting agencies, park operators etc.. However, it is not a complete financial package such as Sage, and does not provide balance sheets, P&L accounts etc. Our system can however export into financial packages such as sage.
Do I have to pay the annual telephone/modem fee for support of my Kelworth system?
A. Kelworth's systems, with the exception of add-on software such as AFD Postcode, are supplied free of any licence restrictions and as such the system will continue to run without limitation once the intitial system is paid for in full.
However there is a charge for additional users and units. After the initial support period, an annual fee is chargeable for telephone and modem support provided you have Pc Anywhere.
This is not compulsory but if it is not taken out then support will only be provided once the system has been upgraded to the latest version of the installed software, the charge for which is higher than the annual support fee. In addition, those customers that have taken out the support will always be processed prior to others.
