Till System

Kelworth have written and developed a simple and easy to use touch screen Till Sale System can be used with the smartcard solution or as a stand alone system. The till system is connected into the Accowin booking system, so that sales can be added direct to a customers booking and a receipt produced via the document management system upon full payment or it can allow payment to be taken at the time of service and a receipt produced.

The main till screen is split into categories and can be used for the selling of products or for adding value to the smartcard or even the payment of holidays extras etc in a bar restaurant swimming pool or in the reception area wherever payments need to be taken.

Payment can be made at any till using one of the following payment methods:

  • SmartCard
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Chrging Client Booking

Adding and deleting of products and services can be carried out by a simple operation and can be completed by the administrator at any time. The same simple operation applies to the changing of pricing.

Products can be shown in categories i.e. chocolates, crisps, beers, restaurant foods, vouchers etc or can be shown in alphabetical order.

The till also keeps account on the amount of an individual product left in stock. Thus automating the stock control process.

The till sale system can be integrated into the Smartcard solution for cashless sales and also into your existing Accowin administration system. Payment for items purchased or even for additional bookings taken, such as one days bicycle hire, can be taken by cash, credit card or smartcard or alternatively can be added direct to the customers open booking. Likewise extras such as a days gym pass can be paid for through the till system and programmed immediately on to the smartcard
