Many parks have a mixture of tourers, hire fleet and owner static caravans. Accoman can be configured to charge static caravan owners with annual pitch fees and associated charges and to record and calculate metered charges that may be applicable.

It can also be used to record details of caravans and their values from which can be determined the insurances to be added to owner accounts.

Accoman enables caravan holiday homes or chalets to be hired on a weekly, daily or short break basis. A flexible pricing structure will accommodate up to 30 different units prices across the year. Any number of optional extras may be specified and may be added to the basic booking.

An extensive database contains enquirer, customer and owner details and history. The database may be used with label printing, email and mail merge routines. At-a-glance screen shows available and booked units clearly displayed in a list, chart or map format. The status of each unit is marked - available, provisionally reserved, deposit paid and confirmed booking.

Single booking screen is used for all types of booking, and built in checks safeguard against double-bookings. Letters and receipts are printed automatically.

An extensive range of operational and financial reports provides detailed statistics and analysis on all aspects of the business. A selection of optional modules and routines cover many areas of the business, including sub-letting of privately owned units and holiday home sales.
