Residential Park Homes
When configured for Park Home operation the booking system provides an integrated system for the management of tenants accounts.
Features of this configuration include:
- Automatically add due charges to accounts, either at a pre-defined frequency or based on entered meter readings.
- Receipts against these accounts and allow for the allocation of this money against outstanding charges - invoices and statements can also be produced from the system.
- Full details of any contract or booking may be entered through a single screen and recalled, reviewed and modified as required.
- Charges can be recorded and applied to each contract. These charges include recurring fees, metered utilities and any other occasional miscellaneous items.
- Enable charges associated with each contract in the system to be set or changed globally. Due charges can be added to bookings then quickly and easily printed.
- Receipts from residents are recorded against contract and each payment allocated either automatically or manually against outstanding items.
- Full details of account balances are available including unallocated money or excess balances.
